I typically like purchasing from Macy, but I think that is over. Necklace arrived in knots & their customer service was less than desirable to deal with. Zero-star rating. I will be making all future purchases somewhere else. Also agree this is a very small pendant. Tiny pendant is how it should be advertised.
Very pretty, if you can see it. Upon arrival I couldn't believe how small the pendant was. I returned it.
