Fitz and Floyd Everyday Whiteware Coupe Dinner Plate 4 Piece Set

I use these plates for holiday and parties. I bought these to add to some I already had.

Great plates. Stylish while able to be used in microwave too. Just put a cover on top of them and use them in the microwave

Love my new dishes

Dishes arrived quickly, were packed well to avoid breakage. Bought on sale for great price to supplement my existing set.

I purchased 3 sets of 4 (12) of these dinner plates. After I received the delivery, I used the packaging to donate the IKEA dinner plates I had used for MANY years. After a few uses, 2 of the dinner plates chipped. I attempted to return and reorder 1 set of dinner plates to give them another chance. However, the manager in the home department at the Macy’s Altamonte Springs, FL, store informed me that I could not return/exchange the damaged dinner plates without the original packaging. Why would I keep the original packaging for dinner plates I plan to use every day for years to come?! Not only am I disappointed with the poor quality of the dinner plates purchased, I am also VERY DISAPPOINTED with your ORIGINAL PACKAGING policy. I used my Macy’s credit card for this purchase, and had my order # and delivery information.
