Men's Automatic Black Case, Black Dial, Black Hands, Black Bracelet Watch

I just got my new watch, all perfect, delivery on time and the color I ordered, is working perfectly since 2 hours ago, if something is wrong in those days, will write other review, happy with my purchase

I can't believe this! I've owned this watch for less than a year and barely even used it. The last time I wore it was for a simple event with normal hand wash. Then I put it away, and when I went to wear it again, I noticed this corrosion. I've never worn it in a pool or shower. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had!

My boyfriend is a huge sturhrling fan and I got it for Christmas. The reviews mentioned missing box or they didn’t receive the item. I was so scared but it came one time box and all the bells and whistles, it’s his favorite watch now. It was perfect.

I received wrong color , black x silvers x black , i instead of 3x black ! I unpacked it and I still like it in this combo . But still not what I ordered. Watch 9.5 / 10 Service 3 / 10 Would recommend product but not delivery method

Sent wrong color/model-HUGE DELAY GETTING REFUND AS IT WAS SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM MANUFACTURER IN NEW YORK AND I’M IN CALIFORNIA WAITING A REFUND!

Got this for my wife as a Christmas gift, and she loves it‼️ I ordered Black and received a Black watch. She will have to take it in to get some links taken out, but other than that, it was a great surprise Christmas gift 🥰

Product no good, customer care no good. Waste the money., no recommending .

I ordered the men’s Stührling black watch and received the wrong item twice. The watch shown on Macy’s website has a black dial, black face, and black band, but I kept receiving a black dial with a silver face and silver band. When I tried to get help, neither Macy’s nor Stührling could resolve the issue—Macy’s only offered to cancel and re-order, and Stührling said they can’t assist because it was purchased through Macy’s. Other reviewers had the same problem. If you want the black watch pictured, you won’t get it. Very disappointing support from Macy’s.

Happy to say I ordered Black watch as a gift and received a Black watch! It's a Christmas gift so we'll see how the recipient likes it after the holiday gift giving! And yes, the box does note "Watches"; however, unless you restrict signature to name on the box only anyone who is at the residence and can sign for it will be accepted.
