The fabric on these pants is nice but they were so very very big in the legs and length.

Very soft material
I love the feel of these jeans. What I HATE about Lands ends Jeans / capris is EVERYTIME they arrive with a funky chemical smell that takes several washings to get out every time. I’m currently on wash #6 and they still stink. I’ve tried vinegar, baking soda, it clean, etc so far nothing is working. The money I save on the purchase goes to laundry coat.

My favorite jeans
LOVE the Starfish jeans! Please don’t stop carrying them. They are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned. Yes, there can be an occasional snag in the fabric. You can use a pin to pull it thru to the inside. Offer them in black denim and I’ll get two more pair.

Starfish Denim is Not Up to Par
As much as I want to love these jeans, the quality is not up to par with the other Starfish pants I've been wearing for years. I have 2 pair, the first ones did not have rivets near the pockets and the 2nd pair has rivets. The 2nd pair immediately got holes near the rear pocket edges. I started a return but I'm sure I waited too long and now I'm stuck. I went back and looked at the 1st pair I ordered a few months prior, and sure enough they have holes too. Neither of mine have holes as large as the another pair shown in the reviews, but they definitely have holes. Let's work on the quality Lands End, for the price they should last longer than one wearing. Love the fabric, just not the construction.

Nice stretch
They are very comfortable. But the problem is the odor. After several washings they still have a musty chemical order. Why? Even when you are wearing them you can smell the chemical Oder. Touch the fabric with your hand and it smells like them. What gives?

Weird horizontal stripes limit wearability
After I bought similar Land's End jeans that I love, I needed a second pair. Unfortunately, the new jeans disappoint. The fit is great and the fabric comfortably soft, but instead of the solid blue pictured, it has weird horizontal stripes in the front between hips and waist. Can only wear with tunic tops that cover the stripes.
