I bought this last winter and I initially liked it. However, after my first use, I realized that I cannot wash the jug separately because it's all one piece, and it cannot be put into the dish washer because of this. Milk tends to scorch at the bottom, no matter how careful I am. A part that is essential in frothing milk also came off very easily when I was cleaning it and now I cannot use it.

I love how this product works, but after a few uses, the paint on the bottom of the pitcher is coming off. I'm concerned I am drinking paint and would like to talk with someone regarding this issue. The chat does not show this item as a product.
Finally a frother that works with whole milk. Makes an excellent froth. Only negative is that it is hard to clean as the pitcher is not removable from the base. I put water and a little dish soap and run a cycle.
