The Black and Decker coffeemaker has a factory defect on the lid. I was unable to use the machine due to the lid not closing properly. I am wanting to return this item for a credit/refund, how can I return this product?
The coffee maker works and heats up real good for me to enjoy my morning hot coffee.
The directions to program the coffee maker are not user friendly. I called Black and Decker and that didnt help since again there was no coffee ready in the morning. I spent hours looking at UTube but there was not one coffee maker like mine. The one I purchased two days ago is obsolete. Its going back to Macys.
Love the Black & Decker 12-Cup Programmable Glass Carafe Coffeemaker. We've had this model before. The last one lasted eight years.
Coffee tastes good but the overall design has some flaws. I don’t like how you need to fill the water. The pot lid doesn’t come off so it’s awkward to place in the dishwasher. Doesn’t come with a reusable filter. I don’t use the paper filters.
Brews a great cup of coffee
This model fits nicely under cupboard, is easily programmed. Last one lasted 1 yr before replacing.
I have had numerous coffee makers, this one is by far the least user friendly. The on and off switch is hard to reach and very difficult to work. I have had it for about a year and the switch no longer works. I thought a manual switch would last longer than a digital, not with this model. I do not recommend it!
Our second one. This is a backup as our first is still going strong. Most dependable coffee maker I've ever owned.
