Bad buy
Pillows arrived used, dirty, so incredibly gross! Had to wait additional days for my refund.

Good experience!
Delighted with excellent quality of pillows. Exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth the wait, glad I ordered online and didn't settle.

If you’re looking for a firm pillow, go elsewhere!
Not a true firm pillow and it sounds like there are far more feathers that listed. Has a bad odor. Bottom line: I laid down on it for 2 minutes and decided to return immediately. I left out of the box for several hours to allow for ‘fluff’ but it never came. This has to be a very low loft fill count. Came delivered inside a bedding bag made of disposal paper and neither pillow was wrapped.
