This gets 5 start for customer service primarily. I ended up returning it without opening the box because I needed something sooner that I ended up getting in the store but they customers service is excellent. I might buy it again for a different area of my house though

This garbage can seems to work well and looks nice in the kitchen. I use 13 gal. trash bags and they are very tight around the lip of the can, but they do fit, as they should, since the can is advertised as "accommodates standard 13 gallon trash bag". One negative, (and it's a minor one), is that it does not have a non-slip base so it's going to slide ever so slightly every time you use it, and eventually, you will have to move it back to its original position; however, it's not a deal-breaker.
I’m very happy didn’t expect the garbage can to be so big I would definitely buy again!
