Not able to use the mascara.

Where is it?
I was advised via email that I should be able to pick this up approximately July 1st from Macys @ Lakewood Mall. I haven't received a text, email or any communication that it's ready for pickup. Not happy!

not a good mascara
it is awful; clumpy and smears when you put it on and is irritating to the eyes.
