I have one of these in the office breakroom. It makes the best cup of coffee, and it's been indestructible so far. I think we've had it at least 2 years. We have 2 other coffee makers, this one is my go-to.
Was looking forward to an OXO French press because I enjoy having and using a good number of their other products but it feels like a cheaply made import. Disappointed minus the screen, that actually works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not realize that the insert was made of plastic, not glass. Plunger doesn’t keep grounds strained out of coffee. This was a replacement for a defective muffin pan. Extremely disappointed.Not sure what has happened to the quality control standards at Oxo.
