I am so happy with these pants. They are a perfect mid weight, have pockets and are so comfortable. The on draw back is that they shrink in length considerably. I bought the petit length and they were perfect until I washed them ended up about 3 inches too short. Bought the regular size, washed them, and then they were perfect. Note I wear a medium and ended up with a 28" inseam.
I recently bought 4 pairs of these sport knit pants to go to my other two pairs. They are super comfortable (I had a knee replacement and the scar is still sensitive), tall are perfect for me at 5' 9". Nice elastic waistband, has pockets and they look nice and neat.
The was was higher and fit well. Yet the front and back rise was too short for me. I’m 5’5” 130. I prefer a longer rise...especially in the back so ...it just looks much smoother and does pull up.
I've only begun to wear these pants and 1) the fabric bags at the knees too fast, 2) after washing, the drying time is too long, 3) the fabric feels slick, 4) waistband elastic is too firm. All in all, I wish I had sent them back.
I have bought these pants for a very long time and love them for everyday wear. BUT - they are always way too long and I always have to have them hemmed. They need to offer various lengths you can choose from.
I have these pants in numerous colors, and have always been happy with them. However, the knit in this pair is much thinner than in previous ones I have ordered.
I bought a pair of the coffee colored pants as well as navy in medium size. While the navy fit well although they needed hemming (most of my pants do), the coffee pants were a large size, even though the waist read "M". I laid the navy pants over the coffee and the coffee were larger by about an inch on either side. Had to return the coffee pants.
I have been buying these for years. They used to have a more cottony feel and didn't get baggy. But now they have a cheaper material feel and get baggy immediately. Starfish hold their shape better but have no pockets. Will be looking elsewhere.
Great knit pants. Love the wider waistband. Wash and dry beautifully. Have had other LandsEnd knits pull-on pants for years and I’m amazed that the cut is still the same! Good work, LandsEnd!!
