Great quality BUT I’ve had starfish straight leg trousers before, and these are MUCH slimmer in the leg. Have returned and reordered the wide leg, only to discover they’re not available until October 🙄
Had many pairs of the old jeans and do not care for the new style. Don’t like the material on the inside for the pockets loved the old dtyle
I bought four pairs of these jeans pants and last night I went to get a pair out of my closet and they are literally coming unraveled.. I am so disappointed

Im 5'3" and a size 14-16. These knit jeans are fantastic. I love them. I love the stretch for my "meno belly" and they look like jeans. Perfect fit, they are so comfy and don't pinch or bind like regular denim. I got them in 3 colors.
I bought these, was excited to get them as I thought having actual front pockets would be great...and then found that Lands End had deleted the belt loops!!??!! I don't know about anyone else but I USE my belt loops. I've tried cannibalism belt loops from older pairs of Starfish jeans, but it's incredibly hard to remove them and leaves my fingers sore from using the seam ripper. Why, oh WHY have the belt loops gone away???? Was it a dearth of fabric? Someone decided that if regular Starfish pants didn't have belt loops, then the jeans shouldn't have them either??? Whoever made the decision: PLEASE PLEASE *PLEASE* PUT THEM BACK!!!!
I had previously bought the High Rise, wide leg version. NOTE: This is a review for the HIGH RISE Knit Straight Jeans, not Mid Rise. Both have a good fit. As a number of customers mentioned there is a chemical smell as was the case with the wide leg version I bought before. After washing the first jeans a couple of times with enough detergent the smell disappeared. I expect the same to happen with the current pair. Quality would be higher if there was less polyester i.e. 90% cotton instead.
