Lack of customer service
Giving one star because zero is not available. Needed to exchange for different size and discovered I had purchased from a 3rd party, even though said I could return to store and I failed to read fine print. Customer service no longer exists (and rude cashiers when you can find one) with Macy's and frankly the quality has me considering closing my account and shopping elsewhere. And I have shopped there for years and years. My Mother worked at this same store when Rich's and retired from there. Sad nowadays and don't see it lasting long with how it has changed. Not a happy shopper of Macy's today.

Horrible Chemical Smell
I love Lands End, however, these pants have a horrible chemical smell that does not improve even after laundering. I wish I had listened to other reviewers!

Comfortable Crop Jeans!
