Sent me the wrong brush
I ordered the back brush with just the brush. You sent me the brush with two ends! It has a brush in one end then a scrunchie on the other. I did not want that. Wrong item. I’m disappointed.

Received a completely different brush
Did not receive the brush I ordered. Received a completely different brush. The brush head was different and it contained a loofah on the back.
