The last lot we got was just in groups of bands, but this lot was back in a box with the bags packaged in them. That is MUCH better. Thanks for doing that. Also, the bags were not marked before, and so you could not tell what size bag it was for reordering. All around, much better, and tidier in the place where we store these things.

Not happy with your current packaging. They used to come 3 packs in a box and you pulled them out from the top. Now it’s not easy to organize them.

I'd prefer them to be a little tighter at the top, so they grab the inside can top and won't work loose and sag. Otherwise they are strong enough.

what a disgrace to have Support be so dismissive and rude. they thought it was not big deal that the discount was not correct for the promotion. they never really admitted to the problem and pretended that doing the lower promotion was not a big deal. Wrong!!! Simplehuman has become a geedy deceptive and inflated cost company. you have lost my support as a customer and i will let my friends know.
