I bought one from yoga strong - they advertise no slip super grip - this is not true these are super slippery and the company tell you to you their spray or a yoga towel. SAVE YOUR MONEY- DO NOT BUY

I am an avid infrared fitness client and also work in fitness--- this is the best mat I've ever used. Holds up in the heat and no towel needed. Recommend this yoga strong mat over my Manduka Pro, Lifeforme, Lulu, etc. It's not even that expensive compared to other high end brands. A definite buy.
