Ink + Ivy Bellow Uplight Floor Lamp

I ordered this lamp end of June it was finally delivered two weeks later in July shattered in a million little pieces. Had to call Macys again for return label and listen to the same one song they play on repeat while on hold and here I am in August still waiting for my refund. I realize some of this was ups delivery fault as well but Macys refund and shipping is very slow, it’s 2025. The multiple people I have talked to in Macys furniture are kind and helpful but I get no where ultimately. Still waiting on refund.
