Nice purse
I like the look and size of the purse. I took a star off because I'd think the leather would be more supple. I adjusted the strap and after a couple months it still hasn't straightened out.

New return policies??!!
I believe that this is just what I'd LIKE to buy, however now with Macy's new return policies and the fact that so many things need to be returned within a month or returned by mail elsewhere, I'm sadly and disappointedly NOT going to purchase it. It used to be SO EASY to do returns and exchanges and now no longer is. Sadly, this will deter me from doing a lot of my shopping at Macy's, one of the few great stores left.
