I ordered a queen and got a cal king. I didn’t realize it till I already opened up the package. Going to return and don’t think I will re-order since I see this happened to several others per the reviews. I don’t have time to deal with this. It’s a pain to now return. The quality seems decent but hard to say since I didn’t get to see it on the bed.

I ordered a King size and received a Twin size. I returned the item and place a reorder only to receive the same twin again. I returned the item in store to receive a refund.

I got the wrong size. I ordered Queen size and CalKing was delivered. I opened them before reading the wrapper. Will give away or repurposed because it's a hassle to return.

This is a great mattress protector. It is absorbent and does the job well. It fits the bed well. Easy to put on. I appreciate that it goes in the dryer so no need to hang to dry.

What more could I ask for in a mattress cover. Well maybe heated. Put this on the bed 2 weeks ago. While filling my cpap chamber got distracted by the dog misbehaving and dumped about a quart of water onto surface. Mattress dry underneath. Will definitely recommend this to others in need of a waterproof cover for mattresses.

I barely put the pillow case on and my son dropped his apple juice all over my pillow and. It didn’t go through the pillow case! The pillow case itself feels a little rough so you have to put a pillow case on. The protection this pillow case gives is more than worth the price.
