[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a gift at baby shower used it for 3 months baby absolutely loves it but it stopped swinging. Tried all trouble shooting suggestions. An have no reciept as it was a gift. I dont recommend due to poor quality.
If you buy it, you going to have like a babysitter. When my bay cries it soothes her. My baby loves it. I do highly recommend it. It doesn’t need batteries, just plug it in the outlet.

Had for a few months and one of the rocking modes now makes a loud metal banging noise. Low quality for such an expensive product. Definitely do not recommend.
Got this as a gift for my baby shower in August, now that my little one is almost a month old I just opened it, turned it on once to check it out, then went to use it again with little one and it wouldn’t even turn it on! I have no warranty or receipt!!
Stopped swinging and it’s only been 4 months. Only used it a few times as my baby did not like it as a newborn for long periods. Revisited it now that my baby is older and it doesn’t work. My baby is not at the weight or age limit.

We received it as a baby shower gift. It was working great for the first couple of months. Now it makes noise and it sounds like it is missing some parts. I can’t use it anymore.
Got this a a baby shower gift from my dad. Baby girl loves it but it makes a lot of noise like metal rubbing against each other. Also squeaks when the humidity is high. I’m afraid it’s going to break soon with how much it rubs. Update: the swing has now stopped moving. Still turns on and sounds as if it’s swinging but doesn’t move. Very frustrated and disappointed. My baby loves this swing.
