I received place settings for 8 as a Christmas gift, and I am looking forward to using them. The only disappointment is that one set of bowls (4) is lighter in color than the other set and there are also some minor flaws in the finish on some of the dishes.
Dishes are very loud and screech when using a knife and fork. The special gift bonus of chocolates never arrived.
I have dishes that i have had for 10 years. I’ve had these several months and they are cracking for the slightest contact. Also the “stone” material has this awful coating. It’s like nails on a chalkboard when your silverware runs over it. Even my guest agreed. I wish I could return it but my house was under construction so by the time I started using them the window was closed. Do not recommend

The color is deep and earthy. we started with service for four and will add another set because we are so happy with it.
