The product is good, but customer service in JV Mall Macy's is terrible to say the least.

I love this watch, especially the band, which is a neutral color, and I didn't need to go to a jeweler to take links out to make it fit. The watch face is very easy to read, and it keeps excellent time. I haven't worn a watch in years! I am very happy with my purchase.

The glass face seemed to be fairly scratch resistant, i think it will hold up well. the leather band was thick enough to last yet soft enough to be comfy. the face of the watch is easily read. its a nice time piece for every day AND dressy occasions.
