Arrived bent
I have the dragonfly and butterfly pins and love them. Just bought them for my twin sister and the dragonfly arrived damaged with a bent tail. So obviously, it was returned, and then shipped to another customer, blatantly damaged. Anyone looking at it, could see the damage. I am very disappointed and now I must spend time and gas money completing a return. I bought them on sale, still pricey, and now it's a higher price. While doing this review, I observed another comment about a pin arriving bent as well. Maybe, I got that damaged pin or is this a pattern Unacceptable.

cheap and flimsy
i bought this for my Mother as she loves dragonflies. it looks much better in the picture than in person. its cheapy and flimsy, and very large for a pendant she didnt like it and neither doni so i returned it. very poor quality

This is a masterpiece. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. The pin is easy to work if you have had a brooch of this caliber. Is delicate as it should. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase.

These stones are not genuine gemstones, they are glass. The description is very misleading.

Art Deco dream pin
This is a stunning pin. Looks fragile but isn’t. However there is a problem with the old fashion clasp. The pin was bent . The closure is stiff and the pinning angle is not straight. Minor adjustments to made but make it me an anxious wearer. Not sure what to do . I want to keep but I don’t want it to fall off either.
