Diamond Circle Bracelet in 14k Gold over Sterling Silver (1/2 ct. t.w.)

Bought this bracelet and the very next day clasp flies open returned it and they are shipping me a new one and I find that there bracelets run pretty small if the next bracelet is defective will return that one too also they insist on you buying the jewelry insurance for redipping when jewelry fades

This is a beautiful bracelet however right from the start the clasp didn't work. The release button was extraordinarily difficult to operate. When it finally released it would no longer lock. The hole in the safety clasp was too big so that also didn't hold the bracelet together. The second one I got I couldn't get to open at all. From what I've seen on reviews and discussions in the store this clasp is known to be problematic. Both bracelets were returned and I chose a different item.

Horrible service. Bought a diamond and gold bracelet at Christmas, brought it home noticed safety lock was broken took it back, manager at jewelry counter said she’d send out a new one Bracelet wasn’t mailed out to me. Called customer service she said could not find my address so bracelet went back into stock. Offered to send me out another one but said it would be twice the price I paid for it, it was no longer on sale. There was nothing she could do. In the process my Macys account was closed by accident! I’ve been a customer for 55 years. Very disappointed in Macys. Will never shop there again.

My sweet mom purchased matching bracelets for my sister and me and they both immediately broke! What was meant to be a memento from my 91 year old mom is now a major disappointment. I am beginning to think they purposely sell LOW QUALITY jewelry that is DESIGNED TO FAIL. Unless you purchase the insurance that they upsell you are faced with shelling out MORE money for a repair. Clearly Macy's doesn't stand behind their merchandise. My mom also purchased a gold chain and bracelet for me for my 60th birthday - both unwearable/not repairable. Today, my sister sent me a photo of another diamond bracelet my mom just gave her for her upcoming wedding and a diamond just fell out - first time she wore it! We have been loyal Macy's customers for years but have lost faith in this company.

OMG Don't buy this item, had it less then one day and one of the tiny tiny diamond chips fell out, I don't care if it was full price or on sale, Macy's should be embarrassed to sell anything of such poor quality to the public. Of course it's going back!

I received this as an anniversary gift. After wearing it for 2 weeks I looked down at my wrist and it was missing. I found it on the floor .. it came apart at one of the links. I exchanged it for another of the same bracelet thinking mine was defective. However, after only a week my new bracelet went flying off my wrist as I was walking and this one broke in a different spot. The bracelet is very pretty, I wish the quality was better. I was constantly scared of loosing it .. it's very delicate. If your going to get it you will need the protection plan and you will need to be okay with going to Macy's every couple weeks.

Bought this as an early Christmas present for myself and am loving it. The diamonds, though small, have a brilliant sparkle to them. Pictures online don't do it justice. Perfect for everyday wear. Love the two-tone with the gold accents. Thinking about getting the rose gold now...for stacking.
