It feels firm and fluffy at first but when the filling settled I felt there was too little cushioning like I would want.

These pillows are very cheaply made; unevenly filled to the point that you can’t even pull & work the filling into the corners of the pillows. I would never purchase again OR recommend to a friend.

The support is great and I don’t wake up with a stiff neck. The material keeps me cool at night and is very breathable. The pillows are comfy. They do seem to flatten over time and need to be readjusted during the night if you want more neck and head support. I have to sleep with two of the pillows. I do not think they are worth the price charged.
