Macy's is obviously better at marketing than logistics. This is the second item I ordered (since it was not available in the store) for which I have received a request to review it before it has even shipped. Certainly I cannot give this product a good review since it is not in my possession good or bad.
These are really nice, thick cotton towels. I especially like the pair of waffle weave towels. I got these in dark red and they washed and dried beautifully with no discernable fading. Small amount of shrinkage to be expected of 100% cotton
