"Non-stick" is not at all how I would describe this. I follow the directions carefully (medium heat, etc.) but from the beginning this pan has been the "stickiest" pan I own. Would absolutely not recommend
High quality and cooks food well. I wish the sides were a little higher. My fault as I didn't investigate enough. The pan however is a little bigger than most so made up for the height. Heat distribution is great and I have had no problems with scratches. Recommended.
Gorgeous pan! I have been wanting to buy a ceramic skillet for some time, and was pleased this one was on sale for a sizable discount. In addition, its stainless thickness is substantial, a cooking plus. Finally, having a lid was an unexpected plus! Looking forward to years of use.
I did a ridiculous amount of research before buying these GreenPan GP5 pans, and I’m happy to say they were worth it. Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? Someone in my house used a fork instead of a spatula and the pan survived without a meltdown. Great nonstick, easy to clean, and I love that they’re PFAS-free so I’m not stressing about chemicals while cooking. Solid buy. Would absolutely recommend.
If your looking for a nice set this is it, easy clean , even heating, anything you make you will be pleased with results, omelettes are amazing, my second set went larger very satisfied with my purchase.
