I received my product today and half of the tightening neck cream is spilled. The lid was not on the product. I lost half of the product. Took it out the package like this

I purchased this set, but unfortunately the face cream is unusable because it is as hard as a rock. I'm concerned that the product may be old or was stored under improper conditions. This was very disappointing, as I was looking forward to using the complete set. Not Happy.

How would a person know, if Macys cancels orders whenever they want!!!! Ty Macys for cancelling my orders whenever when I didn’t authorize it.

the face lotion was completely empty the jar of neck creams lid was off and laying in the bottom of the box.

The lid was off of the neck cream and the bottle of face lotion was completely empty. All items were loose in box they looked they had been used on a display.. Very disappointed..

After a year of subscribing to this neck cream and spending lots of money on it, I have decided to discontinue using it. The end results are not what they advertise. It really did not erase the neck wrinkles nor brightened the skin. I would recommend to use another neck cream that produces results in less time. My only regret is that I waited too long to discontinue the use of it. Spend your hard earned money on some other product that is worth more in value and results.
