Vince Camuto Men's Riviera Eau de Toilette Spray, 3.4 oz.

I attempted to buy Vince Camuto Homme Intenso, but I was mistakenly charged for and given a different scent. I returned to the store as soon as I realized their error. I was refunded but I was not able to use the original 30% off offer, even though it was their error not mine. The lady at the counter recognized me and told me that the girl who sold to me was a cosmetics salesman and that I should be more careful next time to get a cologne salesman. How was I to know that the person who approached me was not knowledgeable in what she was selling? I expected to receive the product I was smelling, not an entirely different one that I never even saw or was told about. I'm not at all happy with the level of customer service I experienced. I doubt if I'll return to a Macy's. There are other options available that have good customer service and will work to make their mistakes right.

I’m very particular - after wearing Tom Ford and Creed fragrances, I wanted to try something that was more affordable but smelled expensive. Vince Camuto is the answer. I actually bought 4 scents after trying a sampler set. Riviera is a citrus / vetiver smell that is great for daytime - casual … smells incredible !! I get asked often what I’m wearing. 5 stars!!
