Im 6Ft and 235pounds , I had to order 2XL which I never bought any clothing this size to fit length wise ,XL was more tight on me which felt better but was way to short

Son rates this thermal set PERFECT!!

I bought this thermal set for my son who is working in Maryland where bitter cold is hitting them this winter. He calls them PERFECT - he sleeps in them and works in them to keep his body warm and toasty. I would highly recommend this set to keep your loved ones warm if they live in cold regions this winter!
