This is so easy to use and efficient. We wanted a no frills one use espresso machine and this over exceeded our expectations!

I’ve had this machine for almost a month now and i couldn’t be happier. It makes great espresso quickly, consistently and fast. I love the small profile; looks great in my kitchen without hogging the counter. 100% recommend.

Best budget espresso machine

I bought for my husband as a birthday gift cause he has been wanting to have one and he is very happy with it.

I bought this a few months ago and I was gonna open it when I bought my house and I did about three weeks ago and let me tell you this espresso machine is one of the worst ones I have ever used. Every time I make a cup of espresso, the pod gets impossible to take off and when you do, the coffee pod doesn’t even come out it gets stuck and then you have to try and get it out again my morning should not take 10 minutes or so struggling with an espresso machine to get the coffee out and then the other day it wasn’t even brewing coffee and I had to keep unplugging it and re-plugging it back in. Definitely not how I enjoy starting my mornings I will be calling the company to see what they can do about this because I’m not the only one with the struggle about the pod coming out🤦🏼‍♀️

Easy for a beginner. It’s really, almost impossibly, hard to turn the portafilter and then the coffee part gets stuck and you have to try again. Like really hard. The espresso has only a tiny bit of Crema. I like that the milk warmer/steamer is attached. Everything goes through plastic eventually, so if you wanted to get away from plastic, this isn’t the machine either.

I purchased this item and never received tracking information of its delivery from Macy’s. Which was a major inconvenienced for me, considering I waited unnecessarily days for it’s delivery, not knowing if or when it would be delivered. Consequently, I do not think I’ll order anything else for Macy, until Macy’s simplifies this process.

I owned a similar model which lasted for several years with no big issue. But this one I bought recently is disappointing. The espresso was not hot enough, and with no foam. It tasted sour, and we tried several different coffee grounds, and the taste remained disappointing. Also, there is a rubber ring in both the one cup and two cup filter. This rubber ring design is not with the prior Delonghi machine that I used before.

Easy to use and great espresso.

I love this machine it works perfectly!!! Took a little practice doing the frother but got down now!
