The pillows are very flat and quite uncomfortable. I plan to return them.

I would say they lean more toward firm than medium. Nice pillows all around.

I will say I was initially hesitant as I wasn’t familiar with the brand but it paid off! The pillows are so nice and I even lent one to my mom to test and she loved them too! The grid pattern is not realizable with a pillow case on so that shouldn’t cause any concern. So glad I now have another place to shop for pillows !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the quality of these pillows are actually really good. It doesn't have a lot of support. your head sinks into it the pillow. I personally like a little bit of a firmer pillow than this. It is a very soft pillow inside. So you sink into it very quickly, if you don't have a pillowcase on it, you will feel kind of like the feathery fill of the inside and I personally don't like that. It has good breathability. if you like a really soft pillow, then this is the perfect pillow for you. I have a little avocado pillow case on the other pillow.

Love how comfortable these goose down feather pillows are. Importantly, it’s made of 100% cotton. The pillow had the ideal balance of softness, support and comfort.
