These pillows have a horrible smell! Do not recommend I definitely will be returning them!

Not as "fluffy" as I expected. Not sure which word to use for description.

Billed as soft/medium but not to my neck! More like medium/firm.

It's been a week and I'm very happy with the pillows. They keep their shape and are easy to fluff in the morning. I was also please with the free shipping but not too happy with how long it took to receive them. Since the shipping was free, I don't have room to complain. I would say the pillows are well worth the money.

Just as listed in the product description on the Macy's site -- these pillows are soft and fluffy and amazingly comfortable. I got them at a good sale price, and would not hesitate to order them again.

Soft cozy well weighted

The pillows are firm, but soft. They hold their shape very well. Comfortable for back sleepers or as a body hugging pillow. Reminiscent of hotel pillows. Easily foldable for maximum comfort. The best part is no feather leakage.

The pillows are on the flat side compared to my older pillows that aren’t feathered filled. I don’t usually prefer feather filled pillows, the ones at the hotels irritate my face. these don’t seem to be to bad
