Breakfast outside made easy with perfect pancakes on the flat top. It also keeps the smaller food, like shrimp/bacon bites, from falling in the grooves of the grill insert.

The gridle plate is easy to clean and I had no issues with washing by hand. The flat top makes it easy to make pancakes, eggs and even kabobs. The flat top plate was a nice addition to add an extra cooking alternative for many items.
