Disney Princess Magical Adventures Castle, 3-Level with Interactive Lights and Sounds, Slide and Pool, 28 Accessories, Ages 3+

I ordered this item on August 22 to be picked up in store. I had to call customer service two days in a row to ask why it was not yet shipped out. Fast forward to August 26, item still is marked as processing with a new delivery date of next week Thursday, September 3. Item currently on their website says 3-5 business days to reach to you. It’s a LIE. Do not trust them. I also saw another review below that the person never got their item. Although this item is still processing and hasn’t even shipped out, Macy refused to cancel the order. This was a birthday gift and it’s coming 1 week late if it even comes

Unfortunately, I never received it and when I reported this to Macy’s instead of refunding or replacing it, they sent me an email stating that they would have to shut my account down and so now I can’t order from Macy’s anymore at all and the only way for me to get my refund for this item now is to dispute it with my bank.

My daughter loves her castle! It’s a great choice for kids who love the princesses. It’s like the Disney version of the Barbie Dream House!

The stairs always fall apart. It took awhile to put together. Its very disappointing. I should have gotten a Barbie house.

It's around 4 feet tall and has 10 separate play areas including a slide and pool. My girls absolutely love it for all their princess playing.

It was easy to put together and it is easy to take apart . The clock is one of the best parts , you spin it for the lights and sounds. My kids love to slide the dolls down into the seashell pool. It comes with some cute little accessories such as a play mirror and furniture and dishes. It is three stories and has 10 different play areas.

Great quality on the princess castle & pretty easy to assemble it together. Comes with some accessories for each section of castle for the disney princess. Best part is when the top of castle the clock at every hour sounds the fireworks sound & lights up! So cute!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy playing with the Disney princess magical adventure castle at my house. I invited my cousin and friend over to help me put it together in the living room downstairs. The assembly directions are very easy to follow and the pieces of the castle are easily able to snap together without having to use tools. The Disney castle has multiple rooms for me and my friends to enjoy playing with our dolls, including a bathroom, living room, kitchen and the dining room. There are many windows and balconies where my dolls can look out over the castle into the kingdom. I like how large the castle is which perfectly fits 12 inch dolls or maybe even a little taller. The Disney princess castle is almost as tall as I am which makes both sit down playtime and stand up play easier for me.
