size is definitely off
Order a whole size up. Ordered 7.5 could barely get my foot inside. Ordering 8.5 keeping my fingers crossed Great cushion inside

Shoe too loose at sides and too long…
Love the shoe but size is off. Ordered size 10 which is what I wear. Tried on when received at home to make sure toe area wasn’t too tight- shoe felt comfortable so I put in closet . Wore shoes to church on Sunday and they started popping off my feet as I walked from car. A beautiful shoe but I am returning because I can’t do anything with them

Beautiful but too hard
Firstly, these are beautiful shoes. I ordered ½ up as I need comfort. The shoes are so dang hard until it hurt to slide my foot inside the shoe. No softness nowhere. These shoes are not for feet that require a degree of softness/comfort. Beautiful but too hard & ungiving.

Even the wide is narrow
I read reviews and I was hoping some were wrong. I ordered a 1/2 size up and a wide but the shoe was still way to narrow and long. I do not have a extremely wide foot but I do have a wider foot. I returned.
