Disappointing Quality Control. Received a Used It
I purchased this HUGO polo shirt as a gift for my husband, but the experience was highly disappointing. The item did not match the picture, featuring a white label instead of black. Worse, the shirt was clearly worn and returned by a previous customer. It arrived smelling like laundry detergent, with a stain on the front and yellow marks under the arms. Macy's should not be shipping heavily used returns as new inventory. I am returning this item immediately. I am incredibly disappointed, especially since this was intended as a gift. Returned and reshipped
Shirt looks like it was returned and then reshipped to me. Tags were not even attached just thrown in the bag with the shirt that look like it was shoved in there. I will be returning. Truly disgusting
