The towels are a decent quality. I thought they would be a little more heavy and softer. Not bad but decent.

DO NOT BUY
These towels shed SO bad! It doesn't matter how you wash them, what you was them with, if you tumble dry low or air dry THEY WILL SHED! They'll leave the material all over your body, other clothes, your washer/dryer etc. I regret ordering these and missing the return date.

Poor customer service
I have yet to receive my order. I have always been happy with Macy’s online purchases. However this particular item is being shipped direct from the manufacturer. My order has been delayed two times which is totally the company’s fault as both times it was never processed from their location. If I don’t receive it by the end of this week I will be canceling my order. Very dissatisfied customer as this is a gift.
