I have not received my shoes. It has been two weeks. This is poor service

The delivery service is horrible. I was told the day of my delivery that it has been delayed. A huge inconvenience. There is no customer service telephone number.

These shoes came dirty from the bottom like if they were returned and shipt to me not good, but I needed them so I just kept them I wish I can get a discount. .

Beautiful but uncomfortable! They are show stoppers but probably one of the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and I wear heels often.

I used to love SM shoes, but over the last few years, the last few pairs I purchased have been quite uncomfortable. I expected the same from these, but I was pleasantly surprised! These were comfortable and easy to wear for the entire five-hour wedding reception I attended, including dinner and dancing. I went up a half size, which I would recommend if your feet aren’t narrow. The mesh around the toes can feel a little snug, so sizing up made them much more comfortable for me. Overall, I was really happy with these and would definitely recommend them!

The sizing is true to size however there is no flexibility to the front strap so it digs into my foot near pinky toe. Not comfortable to wear for any length of time. Too bad, as the shoe looks great - sexy.

I have narrow feet so these shoes worked perfect perfectly for me. I’m used to being around in 4 inch heels and found these to be very comfortable. I would not recommend for wide feet since the heel is very narrow at the front.

heels are cute and comfortable, strap is a bit confusing, but you can work with it. If you have a wide foot, might bit a bit of discomfort but if you're use to wearing them for long hours, shouldn't be an issue.

I recently ordered these from another site and received them used and dirty so when I saw that macys had them I was so thankful. They arrived new and clean and are quite comfy
