I was pleased with this onyx necklace. It was comfortable and soft on my neck. No complaints.

The smooth black onyx stones have a nice feel. It's easy to put on/take off. Inexpensive statement piece. I love it.

I was so embarrased, this necklace was a present, when my friend opened all the necklace fell apart! Everybody saw the little beeds jumping falling all over the floor from the necklace on her hands. This is unacceptable! Everybody was laughing, I was so embarrased. I not only want credit on my account, this is not only about a return, the manufacturer and people responsible for this embarrasing moment needs to step it up
