Love It!
I love this grill not only to cook hamburgers but even bacon!! Easy to set up, use, and clean. I would've given 5 Stars, but the temperature knob and its casing come apart over time. This will be my third grill in the last ten years.

My 2nd indoor grill
Was given one YEARS ago as a birthday present. Finally after 15 years I used it to death. Loved it so much, had to get another. This time I got it without the window….. a bit easier to clean and I never used the window anyway.

Great product not all parts are dishwasher safe
I have grilled steak on this machine twice with great results. However, after the second use, the large drip tray warped from dishwasher cleaning and now does not fit in the grill. I plan to get a new drip tray but will not be cleaning in the dishwasher.

Nice product with a fatal flaw
I love this indoor grill but the fatal flaw is the plastic grease tray. It warps with normal sink hot water and in regular cycle top rack of the dishwasher.

Smokeless ?
I live in an apartment, and missed grilling, so I searched for a smokeless indoor grill. After reading many stellar reviews on the HB Searing Indoor Grill, I purchased it right away. I was so excited. Unfortunately - I'm terribly disappointed. It prepares food just fine - quite well. But smokeless? No - it is not. I'll attempt to attach a video I took...Nuts! It doesn't accept videos - and I understand why. Anyways - think seriously about advertising this as a "smokeless" grill. It is not !
