Easy to clean and use the quesadillas are always crisp and good.

Don't buy this!
This appliance has almost no capacity for filling. You can put approximately 2/3 of a tablespoon in each segment. That's nothing. If you just want a little cheesy thing that has a lot more tortilla than filling maybe it's okay. But if you want something that you can add actual filling to, buy a panini maker or a George Foreman. Besides the fact that this thing is fragile and breaks it only makes segments just a little thicker than the actual thickness of the tortillas. I regret spending any money on this crap product.

Great investment
This little machine helps us to make perfect quesadillas with very little work. What a great investment. It has essentially paid for itself within it's first week of service. Who knew such economy can be achieved at Macys . Great job Macys!
