How to clean your 3-in-1 humidifier- disconnect and turn off your humidifier. Gently remove the base and set aside. Tank- fill the tank with 1 cup of water and add 1 cup of bleach, undiluted white vinegar. Tank- screw cap back on and let sit for approximately 20 minutes. Tank- after the 20 minutes remove any residue or build-up by gently shaking the mixture back and forth. Base- pour a generous amount of undiluted white vinegar into the base of your cool mist humidifier. Base- let sit for 20 minutes. Do not submerge the base into water. Base- after the 20 minutes remove any residue or build-up by gently scrubbing by using a soft bristle brush, soft cloth. Do not scrub or scrape the transducer. Rinse thoroughly. If there is a leftover bleach, undiluted white vinegar smell rinse thoroughly using 1 tbsp of hydrogen peroxide and 1 cup of water. Gently spot clean your 360 degree mister and dry all components before placing them back together. Clean your humidifier at least once per week. If you are going to store your humidifier for any length of time, be sure to thoroughly clean and dry the unit before storing. If you are using a humidifier after storing it for any length of time, thoroughly clean it before use.

Faulty Seal
I bought a new humidifier last week since the seal expanded and leaked in the last one. 1 week later I have the exact same problem. The seal in the tank somehow expanded and if water is filled above it (which is maybe an inch of water) it will spill all over. I've had the humidifier for literally 7 days. I love the nightlight feature and how much mist it puts out but as this is the 3rd Frida baby humidifier I've had to buy in 2 years I think its time to change brands.

Leaky all the time
I got a replacement for my initial purchase of this humidifier and low and behold, the replacement leaks too despite following all instructions.Not happy with this product and would not recommend.

Do not buy!!!!
If I can give this product a -5 star I would. This thing leaked after the first time in the middle of the night from the base it leaked all over my nightstand and ruined it!!! What ever you do, do not buy! If you get it as a gift return it in its box and get the Vicks one

Bad Seal
Worked great then some how the O-Ring moved and it to large to create a seal. It emptied the tank on my son's shelves and ruined the shelves.

Works well so far. The initial one we bought leaked but Frida Baby replaced it quickly. I love that they stand by their product. The first one must have been defective. I must have a humidifier in my home. My baby does get congested often and this helps.
