I ordered myself some shoes and T-shirts from Macy’s. I put in my credit card information which included my address. A few days later, I get a confirmation about a delivery so I get home and it’s not at my house so I called Macy’s and they tell me that it went to an address that I haven’t lived out in three years an address at Macy’s stored in their computer system, and then went ahead and shipped it out to that address without even give me a chance to correct it And then they told me they don’t call UPS or deal with anything after delivery and then I had 30 minutes to make corrections, and then they told me they were gonna send me an email to respond to the email and they would either credit me back or re-deliver it to my address. I got the email. I replied to it, and it was a do not reply address the email stated that I would not get a refund or a replacement and that I provided the address to them that they delivered it to which is totally not true because nowhere did I put my old address in there but when I did give my credit card information I gave up my delivery address I’m dealing with my bank to get the money back. Macy’s uses offshore call centers where people are excited to talk to you and read from a script but have empty promises rest assured. What I’ve learned from this experience is to never buy anything from Macy’s

these are the worst T-shirts I have ever bought, incorrect sizing.. not anywhere near 2X for my husband...small tears in the side of 1 ,and 2 he could not get over his shoulders...
It's a shirt garbage, the quality is very bad in all aspects

I bought these t-shirts to fit as others I have purchased previously from Underl armor and Nike and was surprised that they were cut about 1 1/2 sizes smaller especially in the sleeves. I was excited about the price and found out in this case I got what I paid for.
