I've loved the other Brahmin bags, but this one isn't really user friendly. I can work with the shoulder strap that I WISH could be adjusted to be shorter (so you don't HAVE to wear it crossbody), but the zipper is a real pain. If I don't make sure I don't open it all the way, it's really difficult to get to pull closed. It gets stuck evidently because of how it's designed and angled. I won't buy another one made like this
