The blouse is very pretty but the sleeves should be longer. The smocked cuffs are stretchy but I am not sure if I want to keep it since I will only be able to wear it as 3/4 length sleeve with the sleeves pushed up.

I was so excited to see this top on sale and couldn’t wait to get it, unfortunately it has a big hole in the back and what appears to be a burn mark. I was forced to return it.
