Ordered on April 28 and now it states not sure when it will show up...cmon do better we wonder why retail chains are going out of business?

The leather started peeling off in one day. The shoes are heavy and not comfortable to wear at all.

Usually Macys is known for their superior service and product quality, but I purchased these shoes from Macy’s online and they arrived in torn up box and shoes were all scuffed up. Still waiting for my refund and has been almost 4 months. Very disappointed with Macy’s.

do not buy this shoes, where them few times and they are falling apart. outer edges are falling off. very poorly made and a waste of money. product should be send back to the manufacturer and never sold in America

My husband has had several pairs and they are great shoes for casual work outfits and going out. Comfy soles and great quality leather.
