Great watch but packaging was horrible. The box that the watch came in came with no top and only wrapped in a plastic bag with a sheet of paper for “cushioning”. Luckily the watch still came in good condition. Expected better packing for the price of the watch.
Beautiful watch for great price quality and presentation
I got this as my first adult watch with a man dial. I am loving g it. Got great compliments.
I love this watch and it runs perfectly mine is at less than /- 4 sec a day. It is also a genuine watch. However as others have mentioned for some reason Macy's takes out all Seiko literature/ warranty cards and tags. Mine only had a Seiko box, and a Macy's price tag
Great product, unfortunately the packaging left much to be desired. According to Seiko website, all packages will come with a warranty card from an authorized retailer (which Macy’s is). This product came with no paperwork guaranteeing authenticity other than the receipt. When I tried to call macys about this they were unable to assist me and referred me to their pay for warranty service however this product has a manufacturers warranty that’s free. It’s a legit product I’ve verified with Seiko but if you need paperwork, order directly from Seiko or a jewelry store. Only reason I ordered here was because it was sold out everywhere else

Watch is awesome
1st watch was tissot seastar 38mm blue dial. so clean 2nd one is the seiko SK019. they're both so cleann. Bloomingdales is my go-to for watches because they give good deals for watches so you can get the most out of your money especially if you're on a budget for watches. It's okay someone got to start something and these watches are perfect for entry-level prices. UNbeatable.
