Pleasantly surprised at how all this crock pot is manufactured. Maintained constant temperate without scorching or evaporating liquids. Makes a fantastic pot roast. Exterior finish is easy to clean and look good on the counter. Interior ceramic pot is heavy duty and distributes heat evenly.
I like the digital display and the color is beautiful, the only thing that is confusing is that you can’t select the High or Low setting, this function should be made more clear. I did cook a roast for 6 hours and It did turned out delicious on whatever setting I had it on

Roasted a chicken the first time it was great. Helps save $ at the grocery one chicken served 6 meals and turned out delicious even the kids loved it. Love that it is portable for trips and get togethers.
The box came dented and I haven’t opened it because it is a bridal shower gift. I took a picture and will tell the bride to be that this is what condition it came in, but if there is any damage to the product, I believe the company who sent it should be responsible for an exchange.
I purchased this 4/27 second time using it and I can't tell if it's on high or low. Does not yell you which temperature it's on only show the hours you want. Seems to take a long time and I feel it's because I can't control my settings. Going to return it. Want a crock pot I can choose my temperature based on what I'm cooking. This only allows me to choose how long I want to use it for.
Great Crock-Pot
When I opened the box on this crockpot, the interior was dented. It created an uneven heating surface. I will say the return process was quite easy.
The low setting is way too hot! I put something on low for 8 hours, and by 6 hours it was boiling!
My fiancé and I absolutely love using our crockpot. Our favorite recipe to make is birria and it comes out so juicy and tender every. single. time!
