[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beyond a great set of cutlery, these are pure art and so well crafted. The clever design and shape blades have helped me tackle some of the toughest meat slicing issues I’ve encountered. I was able to break down a whole chicken much quicker then usually and peel potatoes a lot faster. My only complaint is there are no safety covers included. When safely placed away they are fine though.

These knives were great straight out the box, after cleaning them of course. They are nice and sharp and feels great in the hand. Because of this I’m able to control my cuts. The clever is nice and deff has some weight to it which is also great. But honestly these are prob the most balanced knives I’ve used and I’ve used a lot of the big brands, whustoff and heinkles. This trio can keep pace. An added plus is they look AWSOME!!!!! Has actually started some conversation when company is over just because of the look.
